Hi! I’m Tiff—registered dietitian, toddler mom of two, fire wife, and the founder of Nourished Littles. I help moms feel confident feeding their little ones (and themselves!) without guilt, pressure, or burnout.

After years of working with families and navigating snack time with my own toddler, I realized how surprisingly overwhelming it can be to offer a simple, balanced snack. Between constant requests, picky preferences, conflicting advice online, and the mental load of motherhood—it’s a lot.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I share with parents is this: snack foods don’t always have to look like “snack foods.” You don’t need to rely on packaged items, a balanced snack can be as simple as pairing real, everyday foods together in a way that supports fullness and variety.
